Harley-Davidson® Men's Curbside Sun Shield X06 Half Helmet - Matte Black, 98240-18VX. The half helmet is also known as a Shorty or Beanie helmet. It’s the most basic helmet available. It's light, and cool in hot weather. It affords excellent visibility, especially important in heavily trafficked urban environments. This sleek "beanie" low profile style gets a stealthy look with minimal art on the matte black thermoplastic shell.

With the convenient retractable sun shield, this motorcycle half helmet is an ideal choice for a day trip, work commute, or urban ride. It has a double D-ring chin strap and the retractable sun shield provides 95% UV protection. The shield also has an anti-fog coating on both sides. The liner is removable, washable, and its moisture-wicking antimicrobial material keeps your head dry in hot weather. A contrasting grey Bar & Shield® logo is on the front. This helmet meets DOT safety standard FMVSS 218. The helmet is light, weighing in at only 2 lbs. 3 oz.
